Le Printemps est arrivé !!!
Ne laissez pas le temps froid vous influencer, le printemps est définitivement à notre porte. En immobilier, tous les nouveaux acheteurs recherchent présentement sur internet, dans les magazines, maisons ouvertes etc. en espérant déménager au printemps ou à l'été. Ils ressentent aussi la pression d'acheter maintenant, avant que les taux d'intérêts augmentent...
M. et Mme Vendeurs, voyez-vous pourquoi vous devriez considérer que le printemps est arrivé? Si vous attendez en mai, ou même en juin, il pourrait être trop tard ! Planifiez-vous vendre cette année ?
Spring is here !!!
Dont let the cold weather fool you, Spring is definitely at our door. In real estate, all those new home buyers are out scouting the internet, magazines, open houses and are all hungry for anything that is real estate. They are planning a move for this spring or summer... they do feel pressured to buy NOW before the interest rates start to ascend... timing is of the essence.
Mr et Mrs Seller, can you see why you should also be thinking that Spring is here... if you wait until May or worst, June or July... it might be too late. Are you planning on moving this year ?
