Quant aux ventes de logements existants, elles devraient osciller entre 423 600 et 470 100 en 2011 puis entre 406 100 et 509 000 l'an prochain.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="lead entry-summary"><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Gatineau</strong> shared the top spot for year-over-year growth in Canadian city real-estate reseller markets in statistics put out by the Conference Board of Canada. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Gatineau</strong>, Edmonton, Saskatoon, and Sherbrooke, among others, are experiencing seven per cent year-over-year growth.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Ottawa</strong> and several other cities &ndash;&nbsp;Sudbury, Hamilton, Kitchener, Saint John, St. Catherines and Kingston&nbsp;&ndash; are all growing at three per cent year over year.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;">However, most major markets remained under the yearly pace set in 2009.</span></p>
