Le marché de l'immobilier canadien s'est stabilisé et ne devrait pas s'éloigner beaucoup de sa situation actuelle au cours de la prochaine année, a indiqué vendredi la Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement (SCHL).

L'organisme fédéral a affirmé que le marché avait retrouvé un certain équilibre alors que le nombre de propriétés à vendre augmentait et que les prix semblaient vouloir rester stables jusqu'à la fin de 2012.

Les taux hypothécaires avantageux, la santé de l'économie canadienne et le flux continu d'immigrants ont un impact positif sur le marché immobilier, même si l'incertitude économique qui règne en Europe et aux États-Unis constitue une menace.

Selon l'économiste en chef intérimaire de la SCHL, Mathieu Laberge, ces facteurs continueront à soutenir le secteur canadien de l'habitation l'an prochain.

La SCHL prévoit que le nombre de mises en chantier atteindra 191 000 cette année et baissera légèrement en 2012 pour se situer autour de 186 750. Quant aux ventes de logements existants, elles devraient osciller entre 423 600 et 470 100 en 2011 puis entre 406 100 et 509 000 l'an prochain.

Le prix moyen des maisons au Canada devrait s'élever à 363 900 $ cette année et à 368 200 $ en 2012.

Gatineau tops reseller market in list of Canadian cities

Gatineau shared the top spot for year-over-year growth in Canadian city real-estate reseller markets in statistics put out by the Conference Board of Canada.

Gatineau, Edmonton, Saskatoon, and Sherbrooke, among others, are experiencing seven per cent year-over-year growth.

Ottawa and several other cities – Sudbury, Hamilton, Kitchener, Saint John, St. Catherines and Kingston – are all growing at three per cent year over year.

However, most major markets remained under the yearly pace set in 2009.

Well we did it ! we reduced the price of this home, not because it's not nice, not because it's not well maintained or anything like that. It's actually a very nice home with no neighbours in the back !... well ok, it back's on St Raymond boulevard... not a big deal if you ask me, I also live on a busy street but the owners and I think that dropping the price by 15k$ will certainly attract the right buyer that will appreciate all of this homes feature... will you be the one ? check it out 13 de l'Alouette

Ok, I have this high ranch bungalow that has been sitting on the market for over 2 months now and I was sure we would sell it in a few weeks.

It is ideally located in an exceptional familly oriented sector. it has 1293 sq.ft. and very bright finished basement. So get this, if you are looking to buy your first home, how about we make a small ''in law suite'' in the basement that could easily be rented for 900$ per month. You would have to spend a few dollars to make a kitchen, check the IKEA catalog and you know it should cost less than 2k$ so not a big deal. Could you live in your home with a garage and private backyard for 500$ per month.... could you. ?

Bon, j'ai une maison a vendre qui n'est pas encore vendue et je comprends pas pourquoi !!!

Elle est parfaite pour une jeune famille, parfaite pour un couple qui commence et même un investisseur !

Je m'explique, c'est un bungalow high ranch de 1293 p.c. avec garage simple super bien situé dans un excellent secteur.
sa décoration est un peu dépassé mais ce n'est rien qu'un peu de peinture ne pourra pas arranger. Avec toutes les émissions de rénovations sur la télé ça ne fera pas peur à personne.

Un bungalow high ranch offre beaucoup de lumière au niveau inférieur, idéal pour un ptit logement qui pourraits e louer facilement à 900$ par mois. Qu'est-ce qui resta à faire ? une cuisine et une peu de gypse et ça ne coutera pas plus de 10k$, Donc imaginer habiter le logement principale avec super cour privé et garage simple et l'habiter pour seulement 500$ par mois. Entre temps la valeur ne cesse d'augmenter. et oui Le logement ''parental'' est permis par la ville...

Tout le monde me parle d'investissement, celle ci a un potentiel incroyable et pourtant pas encore de preneur... je comprends pas allez-voir 205 des Chantiers
